&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tآدرس سامانه آزمون &quot;&nbsp;azmoon.cfu.ac.ir&quot;&nbsp;می باشد.\r\n\tورود به این سامانه با &laquo;کد ملی&raquo; و پسورد آن، کد مهارت آموزی &quot;دانشجویی&quot; است.\r\n\t&nbsp;\r\n\r\n\r\n*&nbsp;شیوه آزمون چهار گزینه ای است، نمره منفی ندارد و به گونه ای طراحی شده که فقط پس از پاسخ دادن به هر سوال، امکان پاسخگویی به سوال بعدی وجود دارد.\r\n\r\n*&nbsp;جهت تست&nbsp;ورود به&nbsp;سامانه آزمون،&nbsp;سامانه فوق از ساعت 10 صبح روز سه شنبه مورخ 1401\/04\/21 تا آخر وقت اداری همان روز&nbsp;در دسترس می باشد.\r\n\r\n*&nbsp;در صورت بروز هرگونه مشکل درخصوص سامانه آزمون، مهارت آموزان می بایست به&nbsp;رابط دوره مهارت آموزی در استان محل آموزش خود&nbsp;مراجعه نمایند.\r\n\r\n*&nbsp;اکیدا توصیه می شود&nbsp;مهارت آموزان برای ورود به محیط آزمون از تلفن همراه&nbsp;استفاده نکنند.\r\n\r\n*&nbsp;اکیدا توصیه می شود&nbsp;هر مهارت آموز از یک سیستم کامپیوتر یا لپ تاپ جداگانه برای آزمون خود استفاده نماید تا دچار مشکلات عدم ثبت پاسخنامه در آزمون نشود.\r\n\r\n*&nbsp;چنانچه مهارت آموزی که قبلا نمره قبولی دارد در این آزمون شرکت نماید نمره قبولی خود را از دست داده و مسئولیت هرگونه عواقب را برعهده خواهد داشت.\r\n\r\n*&nbsp;روز آزمون :&nbsp;مهارت آموزان در صورت بروز هر گونه مشکل با&nbsp;رابطین استانی محل آموزش خود&nbsp;و یا&nbsp;شماره&nbsp;&nbsp;54914-021&nbsp;&nbsp;داخلی 1&nbsp;
